Couch Cake!

It was my aunt's birthday a while back and she has always wanted one of those cute pink couches with the white frills at the bottom and ofcourse a delicious cup tea! sadly she never got one of those ( pink was not the only obstacle!) i decided that i could atleast make her dream edible!

This beautiful vegan, gluten free healthy sofa cake was done for my aunt's birthday!
- The filling was the traditional "princess tårta" which is the swedish princess cake. It's sponge cake filled with marmelad, I had strawberry, then you have a layer of vanilla cream and all around the cake you have whipped cream before adding the marzipan.
